Unit/Organizational Centerpieces

All Units/Organizations are encouraged to design and bring their own centerpieces. Please ensure centerpieces do not exceed one cubic foot. In order to better facilitate the set-up of the formal dining room, the Militia Ball Committee requests that all Unit/Organizational centerpieces be brought to a designated table in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the cocktail hour. This will ensure timely placement of centerpieces and minimal disruption to the catering staff in the dining area.
